  • Left sidebar — your main navigation menu
  • Add Product — usually in the Products section
  • Profile or Settings — often top-right corner
  • Notification bell — where order alerts appear
  • Help or Support — look for a help icon or support area

You can use Shop Local as an additional sales channel alongside your existing site. Here is how to make it work:

  • Add your website link to your Shop Local profile
  • Keep your branding consistent across both
  • Use Shop Local to reach new local customers who are already shopping in the marketplace

Enable local pickup in your shipping settings
Set the pickup location name to: Local Pickup – The Social Hub Media Group Collection Point
Add the collection point address to your settings
Deliver your local pickup orders to the collection point once ready
Label every order clearly with the customer name and order number
Test the pickup option yourself at checkout to confirm it works

How the collection system works A customer places one order and selects local pickup. Each vendor prepares their item separately and delivers it to the collection point. Orders are held until everything in the order has arrived. The customer is then notified that their full order is ready for collection.
Pickup instructions for customers

Copy this text into your pickup instructions field in the dashboard:

"Collect your order from The Social Hub Media Group Collection Point, 9–13 King Street, Emerald. You will receive a notification once your full order is ready for collection."
